Event poster concept for Buffalo State University’s Hispanic Heritage Month event. It depicts the Cuban poet Nicolás Guillén in a painterly, cubist style.
Our class was approached by the Modern and Classical Languages department to design a set of posters for this cultural event. Then, we split into groups of four to create those assets as a team.
My role in this project was to design a poster for one of the seven events as well as keep our team organized. I hosted group meetings, organized shared files, designed the poster’s hierarchy and illustrated the main image.
