Limited edition poster awarded to New Era employees for their years of service.
As part of an internal contest open globally to its all employees, New Era Cap created an opportunity for their creative talent to come up with a design for a years-of-service award. Similar to limited edition band posters, these awards were produced in small batches and will be presented to employees at key tenure milestones. The highest achievable tenure for this award is 50 years.
The designs of three New Era employees (two from Japan, one from the U.S.) were selected to represent varying levels of tenure, and my design celebrates the first milestone– Five years of employment.
Copies of each printed design are also being kept for the New Era archive.
